Halloween Cupcakes "Ghosts"

Halloween cupcakes "Ghosts" will delight not only children, but also adults.

Ingredients

Butter 200 g

Eggs 3 pcs

Sugar 200 g

Wheat flour 350 g

Baking powder 2 g

Vanillin 1 g

Cream 10% fat. 120 ml

Sugar (for cream) 130 g

Egg white (for cream) 2 pcs

Preparation

In a separate bowl, combine the butter and sugar.

Add eggs and mix well.

In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder and vanillin.

Add flour, baking powder and vanilla to a bowl of eggs and butter. Mix all. Add cream.

Mix well with a spoon and let stand for 20 minutes.

Beat the whites with sugar until thick foam and refrigerate.

Grease the tins with vegetable oil and fill 2/3 full with dough.

Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees C.

Coat the cooled muffins with cream and garnish with small candies.
