Chocolate muffin with walnuts

Delicate chocolate cake with walnuts, which is so pleasant to treat your favorite guests.

Flour 1 stack.

Sugar 1 pc

Cocoa 1/2 cup

Eggs 3 pcs

Vanillin 2 g

Baking powder 10 g

Sour cream 3 tbsp. l.

Walnuts 50 g

Powdered sugar to taste

Strawberries 2-3 pcs


Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, vanillin and baking powder.

Add eggs and sour cream, mix everything.

Add chopped walnuts.

Grease the form with butter or margarine and sprinkle with semolina.

Pour the dough into a mold. Put it in a preheated oven for 30-40 minutes at a temperature of 170-180 degrees C.

Check readiness with a toothpick. Allow to cool.

Chocolate muffin with walnuts is ready. Cut into portions. Garnish with powdered sugar and strawberries and serve.
