Puff buns

Puff rolls and your favorite drink, all that a growing body needs for an afternoon snack.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Puff pastry 300 g

Sugar (sand) 2 tbsp. l.

Cocoa powder 1 tbsp. l.

Yolk 1 pc

Coconut flakes 10 g


Divide the dough into parts.

Roll sausages from each piece.

Twist two sausages into one.

Wrap the edges.

Put on a baking sheet with parchment and coat with yolk. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees C. Put and cool. Mix cocoa with sugar and add 1 tablespoon of hot water. Stir well and pour over the buns. Top with coconut flakes.
