Cookies "Vkusnyashka" with blueberry jam

Cookies "Vkusnyashka" with blueberry jam are ideal for evening gatherings over a cup of aromatic tea.

Egg 1 pc

Sugar 1/2 cup

Starch 1/2 cup

Butter 200 g

Wheat flour 2 stack.

Soda 1/4 tsp

Jam or jam (blueberry) 200 g


Melt the butter, add the egg. Mix flour, soda, starch and sugar. To mix everything. Add flour and knead the dough and place one third of the dough in the freezer. Roll the rest on a baking sheet, 1 cm thick. Spread with jam. Take out the frozen dough and grate it, on top of the jam. Place in oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees C. Cut hot. Cool and put on a dish.
