Preparation

Pour cream over the cheese mass, add pepper and baking powder, add flour and mix thoroughly. Mix the softened butter with powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and salt, then add the grated cheese. Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 200-210 degrees. Remove the balls from the refrigerator as they are consumed. Pinch off a small piece of dough, roll it into a smooth ball, which then crush with your palms. The height of the green workpiece should be about 1 centimeter.

Divide the dough into 3-4 parts, roll each of them into a tight ball, crushing it well in your hands. Then put the balls of dough in a plastic bag and place them in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Beat the egg yolk and brush each cookie with the resulting mixture. Then sprinkle with sugar with poppy seeds, sesame seeds or caraway seeds. Keep a distance on the baking sheet, as the cookies will grow both in width and height.

Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven, baking for about 15 minutes at 200-210 degrees.

Serve the cookies to the table warm, with tea, as well, they are wonderful and fleetingly combined with white wine. You can pour the honey syrup over the finished cheese biscuits. This is delicious.

Bon appetit!
