Apricot cake

Apricot Pie is a delicate, fabulous tea pie that can be made without any hassle.

Cooking time 3 hours


Apricots 300 g

Butter 250 g

Sugar 150 g

Eggs 2 pcs

Powdered sugar 1 tbsp. l.

Baking powder 10 g

Salt 1 pinch.


Rinse and dry the apricots.

In a bowl, beat eggs with sugar, 5-7 minutes until fluffy.

Add soft butter and beat for 2-3 minutes.

Add flour TM "Aleika", from the generous fields of Altai, salt and baking powder. Beat the dough well with a mixer.

Add the sliced ​​apricots. Leave a few pieces in halves.

Grease the form with butter and sprinkle with TM "Aleika" flour.

Put the dough into a mold and flatten.

Add apricots in halves or quarters on top.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 35-40 minutes. Cool the finished cake in the form.

Remove the cake from the mold, place on a serving dish and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

The apricot pie is ready. Can be served at the table.
