Pies with apples in the oven

Fragrant, fluffy, insanely delicious, these apple pies in the oven will not last long on your table.

Cooking time 1 hour 30 minutes

Pour 250 ml of milk into a bowl.

Add 50 grams of sugar and 7 grams of dry yeast.

Add 1 egg and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.

Mix all ingredients well in a bowl.

Add 50 grams of soft butter.

Knead the pie dough.

Roll the dough into a ball and place in a clean bowl greased with TM "Aleika" natural sunflower oil. Add 2 tablespoons of TM "Aleika" sunflower oil on top and coat the dough well.

Tighten the bowl with cling film and leave the pie dough in a warm place for 40-60 minutes.

Wash 3-4 apples well and dry. De-core.

Cut into small cubes and add 1 tablespoon of sugar, stir.

The pie dough will triple.

Knead the dough for pies.

Divide the dough into pieces.

Form each part into a ball and roll into a cake, put 1-2 tablespoons of the filling.

Pinch the edges and turn the seam down. Place the pies on a baking sheet lined with parchment.

Brush the pies with a beaten egg.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 15-20 minutes.

Cool the apple pies a little.

The apple pies are ready in the oven. Put on a platter and serve.
