Cottage cheese muffins in silicone molds are tender, tasty, aromatic and, most importantly, they can be quickly and easily prepared.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Curd 300 g
Flour 150 g
Butter 120 g
Sugar 70 g
Eggs 4 pcs
Sour cream 2 tbsp. l.
Baking powder 10 g
Salt 1 pinch.
Vanillin 1 pinch.
Put 120 grams of butter in a bowl and add 70 grams of sugar. Beat with a mixer for 2-3 minutes.
Add 4 eggs and beat for another 2-3 minutes.
Add 2 tablespoons of sour cream and 300 grams of cottage cheese, beat until smooth.
Sift 150 grams of flour into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, a pinch of vanillin and 10 grams of baking powder.
Stir dry ingredients.
Add flour mixture to the curd mass.
Just stir with a spoon until smooth.
Divide the muffin dough into silicone molds.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 15 minutes.
Cool the finished muffins and remove from the molds.
Silicone cottage cheese muffins are ready. Place on a dish and sprinkle with icing sugar. Serve to the table.
