Honey cake with butter cream

Honey cake with butter cream, this cake will delight you with its tender bite and will bring together all your favorite sweet tooth at the winter table.

Cooking time 1 hour

Measure out 100 g of sugar, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of liquid honey, 1 teaspoon of soda and 75 g of butter at room temperature.

Place all ingredients in a saucepan and add 3 eggs.

Stir and put on medium heat. While stirring with a whisk, bring to a foamy mass, 5-6 minutes.

Pour the mixture into a bowl.

Knead the dough.

Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Cut the finished cake out of the workpiece using the mold. Leave the edges in place.

Bake the cakes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 4-5 minutes.

Bake all the cakes and cool completely.

Collect and grind the edges of the finished cakes.

In a bowl, mix together 120 g of room temperature butter and 150 g of powdered sugar.

Beat with a mixer, 5-7 minutes, until white. Add 400 g of cream cheese.

Beat butter and cheese for 5-7 minutes. Put the cream in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.

Smear the cakes with cream, laying on top of each other.

Coat the top and sides of the cake.

Sprinkle with crumbs from the crushed edges of the cakes. Leave for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator.
