Anastasia salad will become a real culinary mystery on the festive table.

Smoked chicken breast 1/2 pc

Korean carrots 200 g

Peking cabbage 200 g

Eggs 3 pcs

Walnuts 30 g

Mayonnaise 2-3 tbsp l.

Greens to taste


Peel the smoked chicken breast of skin and bones.

Cut into strips into a bowl.

Boil eggs, cool and peel.

Add the diced eggs to a bowl.

Add chopped peking cabbage and Korean carrots into strips.

Add chopped walnuts and mayonnaise.

Mix salad well. Put on a dish and garnish with herbs.
