Lemon cupcake

The same delicate lemon cupcake that will gather all your guests around the table for a festive tea party.

Ingredients

Sugar 200 g

Powdered sugar 200 g

Butter 150 g

Lemon 2 pcs

Eggs 8 pcs

Baking powder 10 g

Preparation

Mix 150 g of soft butter with 200 g of sugar in a bowl.

Beat butter and sugar with a mixer until fluffy for 5-7 minutes.

Gradually adding 8 eggs, continue beating.

Cut 1 lemon into halves.

Remove the zest and squeeze out the juice, add to the dough.

Stir the muffin dough.

Grease a mold with butter and pour out the dough.

Bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees C for 40-45 minutes. Willingness to check with a wooden stick.

Cool the finished cake and remove from the mold.

For icing, pour 200 g of icing sugar into a bowl.

Squeeze the lemon juice through a sieve into a bowl of powdered sugar.

Stir until smooth.

Pour lemon frosting over the cupcake.

Garnish with fresh lemon slices.
