Pies with apples and cinnamon in the oven

Delicate, fluffy, these pies with apples and cinnamon in the oven will gather everyone at the table and fill your home with warmth and comfort.

Cooking time 2 hours


Milk 3.2% fat. 350 ml

Apples 3 pcs

Butter 70 g

Sugar 5 tbsp l.

Unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" 2 tbsp. l.

Egg 1 pc

Salt 1 tsp

Dry yeast 1 tsp

Cinnamon 1 pinch.


In 350 ml of warm milk, add 1 teaspoon of dry yeast and 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar.

Leave in a warm place for 15 minutes.

Add 70 g of soft butter and 1 teaspoon of salt.

Leave the kneaded dough in a bowl.

Cover with cling film and leave for 1-1.5 hours to rise.

Knead the risen dough and leave again for 30 minutes.

Rinse and peel 3 large apples.

Cut the apples into small cubes, mix with 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar and a pinch of cinnamon.

Divide the dough into parts, roll each part into a cake and put the filling.

Pinch the edges on top and form a patty.

Put the pies on a baking sheet covered with parchment, leave for 10 minutes.

Brush with beaten egg.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 15-20 minutes.

Put the finished pies on a dish and serve.
