Pear pie

The pear pie is easy to make. This delicate pie with pears will not leave anyone indifferent at your table.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Flour 270 g

Butter 200 g

Sugar 120 g

Eggs 4 pcs

Pears 3-4 pcs

Powdered sugar 2 tbsp l.

Baking powder 1/2 tsp


In a bowl, beat the butter and sugar with a mixer until fluffy.

Add eggs one at a time and continue beating.

Add baking powder to flour.

Add flour mixture to a bowl, whisking constantly on medium speed, 3-4 minutes.

Grease the mold with butter and sprinkle with flour.

Pour the dough into a mold.

Wash the pears, peel as desired, core and cut into slices.

Spread the crumbs on top of the dough over the entire surface.

Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees C oven for 25-30 minutes.

Sprinkle the finished cake with icing sugar.

The pear pie is ready. Can be served with tea.
