Cupcakes "Light Easter"

Cupcakes "Light Easter" are delicate cupcakes with a large creamy cap that look like little cakes. Delicious treat for children and adults.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Eggs 5 pcs

Flour 150 g

Sugar 120 g

Powdered sugar 100 g

Butter 30 g

Baking powder 1/2 tsp

Confectionery topping to taste

Lemon juice (a few drops) to taste

Paper cupcake molds to taste


Break three eggs into a bowl.

Beat well with a mixer. Add sugar and continue whisking.

Add soft butter.

Add flour and baking powder.

Mix the dough well.

Arrange the paper muffin tins in a baking dish.

Fill the molds with dough to 2/3 of the volume.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 20-25 minutes. Cool the finished muffins.

Beat two egg whites with powdered sugar.

Beat until creamy for 10-15 minutes, add a few drops of lemon juice at the end.

Apply protein cream with a large cap to muffins.

Decorate with colorful sprinkles and sugar figurines.
