Granny's pies with egg and green onions

These delicious grandma's pies with egg and green onions will give your loved ones warmth, care and comfort and create a wonderful mood. And it's also so great to take them with you to nature.

Milk 300 ml

Eggs 7 pcs

Green onions 100 g

Unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" 5-6 tbsp. l.

Butter 20 g

Dry yeast 10 g

Sugar 1/2 tsp

Salt 1/2 tsp


Boil 5 eggs until steep, cool and peel.

Heat the milk until warm.

Add 1 egg and sugar.

Add salt and mix well.

Add half the flour of TM "Aleika", from the generous fields of Altai, and 10 g of dry yeast.

Knead not a thick dough. Leave on for 20 minutes.

Add the second part of TM "Aleika" flour and knead the dough well so that it does not stick to your hands.

Rinse and dry the green onions well.

Add chopped green onions and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Add chopped eggs, stir and season with salt.

Divide the dough into parts and roll each part into "flat cakes".

Lay out the filling.

Pinch the edges of the pie.

Flip over and flatten.

Place the pies on a parchment-lined baking sheet, pinched side down.

Brush with beaten egg.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 20 minutes.

Cool the finished pies and put on a dish. Serve to the table.
