Creamy curls

These delicious creamy curls with cottage cheese will decorate any Easter table.

Cooking time 1 hour


Milk 400 ml

Dry yeast (1 sachet) 10 g

Curd 300 g

Sour cream 20% fat. 150 g

Butter 60 g

Sugar 8 tbsp l.

Egg 1 pc

Salt 1/4 tsp


Dissolve yeast with 1 teaspoon of sugar in 100 ml of warm milk.

Place the bowl in a warm place for 15 minutes.

Add 1/4 teaspoon salt and 4 tablespoons sugar.

Add room temperature butter and remaining milk.

Let the dough rise warm for 15 minutes.

Add the rest of the flour and knead the dough well.

Leave it warm under a towel for another 15 minutes.

For the filling, mix the cottage cheese with the egg and 2 tablespoons of sugar.

Roll out the dough into a layer 1 cm thick.

Put the curd filling on the dough and flatten.

Roll up roll.

Cut into pieces.

Put the blanks on a baking sheet covered with parchment.

Bake curls in the oven at 180 degrees C for 20-25 minutes.

In a bowl, combine sour cream and 2 tablespoons of sugar.

Spread well over hot rolls and leave to cool.

Transfer the creamy curls to a platter.

Creamy curls are ready. Can be served to the Easter table.
