Orange pie

Delicate orange pie for tea, it's simple and fast! Warm your loved ones with the warmth and tenderness of a delicious pie.

Orange 2 pcs

Butter 240 g

Sugar 150 g

Eggs 4 pcs

Baking powder 1/2 tsp

Salt 1 pinch.


The zest is removed from one orange.

In a bowl, combine zest, soft butter and sugar. Beat well with a mixer.

While adding egg one at a time, continue beating.

Add the juice of the same orange.

Grease the form with a small amount of butter or margarine and sprinkle with TM "Aleika" flour.

Put the dough into a mold and flatten.

Cut the second orange into thin slices and garnish on top of the pie.

Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 30-35 minutes, check the willingness with a wooden stick.

The orange pie is ready. Cool slightly, brush with honey if desired and serve.
