Puff pastry cookies "Ushki"

Puff pastry "Ushki" cookies, delicious little cookies that can be prepared very quickly and please children and unexpected guests.

Ingredients

Puff pastry 200 g

Sugar 2 tbsp. l.

Parchment (for baking)

Preparation

Defrost the puff pastry.

Roll out the dough into a square layer, no more than 0.5 cm thick.

Sprinkle with sugar and start rolling from both sides to the middle.

Cut into pieces with a sharp knife.

Put on a baking sheet covered with parchment.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 15 minutes.

Puff pastry cookies are ready. Put the prepared livers on a dish and serve.
