Tortillas in a pan with green onions and eggs

Tortillas in a skillet made from yeast dough stuffed with green onions and eggs are a great addition to the lunch menu.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Flour 400 g

Milk 200 ml

Butter 50 g

Eggs 5 pcs

Green onion (feather) 1 bunch

Dry yeast 1/4 tsp

Vegetable oil to taste

Salt to taste


Dissolve yeast in milk.

Add 30 g of soft butter and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

Add 1 egg and flour.

Knead the dough and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Divide the dough into pieces.

Fry chopped green onions in butter.

Boil eggs, judge and peel.

Grate eggs in a bowl, add green onions and salt the filling.

Roll each piece of dough into a flat cake and lay out the filling.

Pinch the edges towards the center.

Turn over and roll into a cake from the center to the edges.

Fry in a pan with heated vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.

Put the cakes on a dish and cool slightly.
