Jellied Cabbage Pie

Sour cream 250 g

Flour 200 g

White cabbage 200 g

Carrot 1 pc

Onion 1 pc

Bell pepper 1 pc

Eggs 3 pcs

Vegetable oil 20 g

Baking powder 10 g

Lemon juice 1 tbsp l.

Ground black pepper (stuffed) to taste

Salt to taste


In a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry finely chopped onions, grated carrots and chopped bell peppers.

Chop the cabbage and add to the pan.

Simmer covered with water for 10-12 minutes over low heat. Season the filling with salt and pepper, cool slightly.

In a bowl, beat eggs with a pinch of salt and lemon juice.

Add vegetable oil.

Add sour cream.

Add flour and baking powder.

Cover the bottom of the mold with parchment and grease the entire mold with vegetable oil.

Spread out half of the dough and flatten.

Lay out the filling, smooth out.

Spread out the other half of the dough and flatten.

Bake in an oven preheated to 190 degrees C for 30-35 minutes.
