Yeast dough buns

A recipe for making yeast dough buns that will decorate any table.

Cooking time 1 hour 30 minutes


Flour 500 g

Milk 3.2% fat. 400 ml

Eggs 3 pcs

Butter 50 g

Sugar 7 tbsp. l.

Dry yeast 10 g

Salt 1/4 tsp


Dissolve the yeast in warm milk with 5 tablespoons of sugar.

Add melted butter.

Add 2 eggs.

Add salt and flour. Knead the dough, cover with a towel and leave in warm dough for 1, 5 hours.

Knead the dough and divide into parts.

Roll each part into a cake and sprinkle with sugar.

Roll up into a roll.

Make incisions.

Connect the ends on both sides.

Put on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Brush with beaten egg.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 20-25 minutes.

Yeast dough buns are ready. Put on a platter and serve.
