Stuffed pancakes with chicken and mushrooms

Delicious and hearty stuffed pancakes with chicken and mushrooms for Shrovetide.

Milk 3.2% fat. 500 pcs

Chicken fillet 300 g

Fresh champignons 200 g

Eggs 3 pcs

Onion 1 pc




First you need to cook thin pancakes in milk. To do this, we need premium wheat flour TM "Aleika" from the generous fields of Altai, unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika", milk, eggs, salt.

Beat eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt and add 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sunflower oil.

Add milk and mix well.

Add the sifted flour and knead the dough with a whisk.

Add 2 more tbsp. tablespoons of sunflower oil and mix.

Bake the pancakes in a preheated pan on both sides.

For the filling, rinse and dry the chicken fillet, peel the mushrooms and onions.

In a frying pan with 2 tbsp. with tablespoons of sunflower oil, fry the sliced ​​chicken fillet in pieces for 3-5 minutes.

Add finely chopped onion and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Add uncut mushrooms in strips and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Fold the pancakes in a pile and cool.

Put a couple of tablespoons of the filling on the pancake.

Roll up the pancake with an envelope.

Stuff all the pancakes.
