Pancakes with chicken

These chicken and cheese pancakes are a hit! Stuffed pancakes are convenient to take with you. This is a satisfying and tasty snack in any situation. We recommend that you definitely prepare these pancakes with chicken for Shrovetide!

Cooking time 30 minutes


Milk 500 ml

Chicken fillet 200 g

Flour 150-170 g

Cheese 50 g

Eggs 4 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Vegetable oil 6 tbsp. l.

Salt 1/4 tsp

Ground pepper to taste


In a bowl, combine milk and eggs.

Add flour and salt.

Mix well with a whisk, add 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Bake thin pancakes in a pan on both sides.

Fold the finished pancakes.

Rinse and dry the chicken fillet, peel the onion.

Grind meat and onions in a meat grinder.

Fry the minced meat in a pan with vegetable oil, kneading well with a spoon, for 5-7 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Mix the cooled minced meat and grated cheese in a bowl.

Put a portion of the filling in the middle of the pancake and wrap the edges towards the center.

Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the pancakes on both sides.

Put on a dish.
