Pancakes with cottage cheese

Pancakes with cottage cheese and cherry sauce for Shrovetide, it's time to treat yourself to goodies before the Great Sweat.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Pancakes 10 pcs

Cottage cheese 200 g

Cherries (frozen) 200 g

Eggs 1 pc

Sugar (sand) 4 tbsp. l.

Butter 2 tbsp l.


Pour the milk into a bowl.

Add eggs.

Add flour and salt.

Stir the dough well with a whisk.

Add 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Stir again.

Fry pancakes in a pan on both sides.

Fold the finished pancakes in a stack.

Mash the curd with a fork in a bowl.

Add egg and sugar. Mix well.

Place the filling on the pancake.

Collapse with an envelope.

Fry in a pan with butter on both sides.

Defrost the cherries.

Heat a tablespoon of butter in a frying pan.

Add cherries with juice and 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar.

Cook for 3-5 minutes, over medium heat, boiling down the cherry sauce.

Place the pancakes with cottage cheese on plates and pour over the cherry sauce.

Our delicious pancakes with curd are ready. Can be served at the table.
