Puff pastry 200 g

White cabbage 200 g

Minced meat 200 g

Onion 1 pc

Garlic clove 1-2 pcs

Salt to taste

Ground pepper to taste


Chop the cabbage.

Fry cabbage for 1-2 minutes in a pan with vegetable oil.

Add finely chopped onion and garlic. Fry for another 1-2 minutes.

Add minced meat, cook over medium heat, 5-7 minutes, add water and simmer until minced meat is ready. Season with salt and pepper.

Roll out the dough into a layer and make cuts.

Place the filling in the middle.
