Cheese crust, tender cabbage stuffed with carrots and puffed dough, this is a new version of a simple cabbage pie. Be sure to cook this cabbage pie in the oven.

White cabbage 200 g
Flour 300 g
Onion 1 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Water 150 ml
Cheese 50 g
Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. l.
Sour cream 3 tbsp. l.
Dry yeast 10 g
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Pour warm water into a bowl and dilute sour cream in it.
Add flour and salt, add vegetable oil.
Mix the dough well. Cover with cling film and put in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Fry finely chopped onions in a pan with the addition of 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Add chopped cabbage and carrots. Cook over medium heat for 3-5 minutes. Add water and simmer covered for another 5-6 minutes.
Season the filling with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and cool.
Put the dough on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. Roll well in a circle.
Lay out the filling in one layer.
Fold the edges over the top of the cake and pinch.
Sleep with grated cheese and put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 30 minutes.
Cool the finished pie and cut into pieces.
