Pancakes with capelin caviar

Pancakes with red caviar are not a dish for every day, but you can use a trick by making equally delicious pancakes with capelin caviar.

Capelin caviar in mayonnaise 200 g

Milk 3.2% fat. 150 pcs

Flour 130 g

Eggs 2 pcs

Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Lettuce leaves

Salt to taste


Beat eggs in a bowl. Add milk.

Add vegetable oil and mix well.

Add flour and salt. Leave the dough for 20 minutes.

Bake pancakes on both sides in a preheated pan.

Spread capelin caviar in mayonnaise sauce on cooled pancakes.

Add the lettuce leaf.

Roll up roll. Cut off the edges and cut into halves. Put on a dish.

Serve to the table.
