Cookies "New Year Sheep"

Cookies "New Year Sheep" will create a holiday atmosphere for tea.

Ingredients

Flour 200 g

Butter 100 g

Sugar 100 g

Cocoa 1 tsp

Egg 1 pc

Salt 1 pinch.

Preparation

Grind butter at room temperature with sugar.

Add egg and beat well.

Add salt and flour and quickly knead the dough. Separate a small amount of dough into a separate bowl and add cocoa.

Put the dough into bags and leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Cover the baking sheet with foil or parchment. Roll up balls of white dough and place on a baking sheet in the form of a lamb's body.

Then make ears, muzzle and hooves from dark dough. Your kids' fantasy has no boundaries - take advantage of this :)

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 7-10 minutes, or a little more if the sheep are larger. Cool completely.

Put it on a dish or in a pretty basket. Serve to the festive table or go with New Year's sheep to visit.
