Salad with Feta cheese and vegetables

A light summer salad of fresh vegetables with tender feta cheese will become part of your summer menu.

Cooking time 15 minutes


Cherry tomatoes 5-7 pcs

Fresh cucumber (medium) 2 pcs

Bell pepper 1 pc

Green lettuce leaves 1 bunch

Red lettuce leaves 1 bunch

Feta cheese 50 g

Olive oil 2 tbsp l.

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Wash vegetables and cut into a bowl, quarters tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers.

Rinse and dry lettuce leaves, pick into a bowl with your hands. Stir gently and fill with oil. Season with salt and pepper as desired.

Put on a dish. Then add pieces of feta cheese, but do not stir, as the cheese is very tender. A delicious summer salad is ready.
