Pancakes with spinach

Want to surprise your guests? Unusual green pancakes with spinach will create a mood and decorate your table for Shrovetide.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Eggs 2 pcs

Milk 2.5% fat. 250 pcs

Wheat flour of the highest grade 120 g

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Spinach (frozen) 100 g

Baking powder 1/4 tsp.

Cheese (for filling) 100 g

Garlic clove (for filling) 2 pcs

Salt to taste


Beat eggs in a bowl.

Add milk and vegetable oil.

Defrost the spinach. Transfer to a blender, add 2-3 tbsp. spoons of milk and beat.

Add spinach to the dough. Add flour, salt and baking powder. Mix well.

Bake the pancakes in a preheated pan on both sides.

Place the pancakes in a stack on a bluer and cover with a plate or lid.

For the filling, boil the eggs, cool and peel.

In a bowl, combine grated eggs, grated cheese, pressed garlic and mayonnaise. Mix well.

Spread over each pancake.

And roll it up.

Cut into 2-3 pieces.

Put on a platter and serve.
