Curd muffins

These delicious, aromatic and delicate cottage cheese muffins are a great occasion for the whole family to gather for a cup of tea.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Low-fat cottage cheese 200 g

Sugar (sand) 100 g

Wheat flour 120 g

Eggs 3 pcs

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Baking powder 1/2 tsp

Salt 1 pinch.


Mash the curd with a fork in a bowl.

Add eggs and sugar. Mix well with a mixer.

Add flour, baking powder and salt.

Add vegetable oil and stir.

Put in molds.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 20-25 minutes. Willingness to check with a toothpick.

Allow to cool in molds.

Remove muffins and place on a platter.
