Pies with cabbage and mushrooms "Lapti"

Fragrant, ruddy pies with cabbage and mushrooms, a real delight. These delicious homemade cakes won't last long on the table.

Cooking time 1 hour

Ingredients

Dough:

Milk 3.2% fat. 200 pcs

Sour cream 20% fat. 2-3 st. l.

Dry yeast 10 g

Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.

Sugar 1 tsp

Wheat flour of the highest grade 400 pcs

Salt to taste

Filling:

White cabbage 200 g

Onion 1 pc

Fresh champignons 4-6 pcs

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Eggs 1 pc

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Preparation

Dissolve the yeast in warm milk with sugar. Let stand for 20-30 minutes.

Add butter, sour cream, salt. Mix well.

Add flour and knead a light dough. Let stand in a warm place for 30-40 minutes to raise.

Repeat one more time.

Chop the cabbage and onions. Finely dice the mushrooms.

Fry cabbage and onions in vegetable oil, 5-7 minutes over low heat.

Add mushrooms and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Cool down.

Divide the dough into flat cakes.

Roll out and lay out the filling.

Pinch the edges and flatten a little. Put on a baking sheet, at a distance from each other. Leave on for another 20 minutes.

Grease with a beaten egg and bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees C.

Put on a platter and serve.
