Chocolate roll

This homemade chocolate roll will be appreciated by all those with a sweet tooth. It will be very difficult to limit yourself to one piece.

Cooking time 1 hour


Eggs 4 pcs

Sugar 4 tbsp. l.

Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. l.

Baking powder 1/2 tsp

Wheat flour of the highest grade 4 tbsp. l.

Chocolate 30 g


Ricotta cheese 200 g

Cocoa powder 2 tbsp l.

Sugar 3 tbsp. l.

Chocolate 30 g


Separate the yolks from the whites.

Beat egg whites with sugar. Beat the yolks with vegetable oil.

In a bowl, mix the egg whites with the yolk mixture. Add chocolate melted in a water bath.

Mix gently. Add flour and baking powder.

Pour the dough onto a baking sheet with parchment (oiled).

Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees C for 15-20 minutes.

Remove and turn over on a towel. Remove the parchment.

Roll up in a towel, roll.

Mix the ricotta with cocoa and sugar. Beat well.

Gently unfold the cooled crust and spread it with ricotta.

Roll up and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

Decorate with melted chocolate and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.

Cut into slices before serving.
