Eggs 3 pcs
Butter 50 g
Wheat flour of the highest grade 200-250 g
Baking powder 1 tsp.
Milk 3.2% fat. 100 ml
Ham 100 g
Cheese 50 g
Salt to taste
Beat eggs until frothy.
Add softened butter, milk.
Cut the ham into small cubes, grate the cheese.
Add the ham and cheese, sifted flour and baking powder to the beaten eggs. Salt.
Mix well and put in molds.
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees C for 15-20 minutes.
Cool slightly and put out of the molds. Serve to the table.
