Egg and scallions

These extraordinary egg and green onion patches will captivate you with their taste. Be sure to cook them for Shrovetide!

Cooking time 40 minutes


Flour 150 g

Milk 300 ml

Egg 1 pc

Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.

Eggs for filling 3 pcs

Green onion (feather) for filling 1 bunch

Butter for filling 50 g

Salt to taste


Sift flour into a bowl, add salt and egg.

Add milk and stir well with a whisk. Add vegetable oil and let stand for 20-30 minutes.

Heat the pan and grease with vegetable oil. Bake pancakes without frying too much (10-12 pieces).

Let the pancakes cool slightly.

Boil eggs and chop them. Melt half the butter in a frying pan, add eggs and chopped onions. Fry for 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Salt a little.

Spread the filling on each pancake with a thin layer.

Wrap in an envelope.

Dissolve the remaining oil in a pan and fry the stuffed pancakes on both sides.

Place on a plate and serve.
