Cod liver salad

It is not necessary to come up with something extraordinary in order to feed your guests tasty and well-fed on New Year's. Cod liver salad will not take much time, and the result will please you.

Cooking time 20 minutes

Ingredients

Cod liver 1 ban.

Rice 100 g

Eggs 2 pcs

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Green onion (feather) 1 bunch

Salt to taste

Preparation

Boil rice until cooked.

Add grated boiled eggs and finely chopped green onions.

Add cod liver.

Season with mayonnaise. Mix well. Salt as desired.

Put in a salad bowl and cool. Serve to the festive table.
