Delicious biscuits with apple jam and sea buckthorn that are easy to make. Perfect for drinking tea in a large company.

Egg 1 pc
Sugar 1/2 cup
Starch 1/2 cup
Butter 200 g
Soda 1/4 tsp
Apple jam 200 g
Flour 2 stack.
Sea buckthorn (fresh frozen) 100 g
Mix sugar, starch, soda, flour.
Add the egg and mix well.
Add softened butter.
Knead the dough. Divide it into three parts.
Place one third of the dough in the freezer. Roll the rest on a baking sheet 1 cm thick.
Spread with jam and place the sea buckthorn berries on top.
Remove the frozen dough and grate it, on top of the jam and berries.
Place in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees C.
After removing from the oven, cut hot.
Cool and place on a platter.
