Garlic rolls

Garlic rolls are perfect with soups or main courses, and a subtle hint of garlic will add spice to your dishes.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Egg 1 pc

Wheat flour 2 stack.

1/2 cup water

Garlic clove 3-4 pcs

Salt to taste

Dill (greens) bunch

Parsley (greens) bunch

Sunflower oil (for frying)


Knead the dough - egg, water, salt, flour. Knead well. Let it stand. Roll out a layer of dough less than 1 cm thick. Sprinkle with chopped garlic and herbs. Wrap in a roll and cut into small pieces.

Fry in hot sunflower oil.

Put on a dish. The garlic rolls are ready!
