Heart in Glaze Cookies, this easy and quick cookie recipe should always be at hand in case of unexpected guests.
Cooking time 20 minutes
Puff pastry 300 g
Cocoa powder 40 g
Sugar 50 g
Butter 30 g
Roll out the dough 1 cm thick. Squeeze the hearts out of the dough with a mold and transfer them to parchment paper, laid on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 degrees C. Transfer the cookies to a dish and cover with icing.
Glaze: melt butter in a water bath, add sugar mixed with cocoa. Stir until smooth.
