Curd with raisins

Cottage cheese with raisins, an amazingly tasty dish that is loved by both adults and children.

Cooking time 25 minutes

Ingredients

Curd 300 g

Eggs 2 pcs

Wheat flour 3 tbsp. l.

Semolina 50 g

Raisins 30 g

Sugar (sand) to taste

Salt to taste

Vegetable oil

Preparation

Grind fresh cottage cheese with yolks, sugar, raisins, salt, flour, semolina, at the end add whipped whites. The dough should be a little thick. Heat a frying pan with butter, take a small amount of dough and roll out the balls. Fry in boiling oil, lightly crush, giving a flattened shape. Fry on both sides over medium heat, make sure not to burn. If they turn over badly, add a little flour.
