Break the cookies, pour cognac (if children eat the cake, replace the cognac with milk or cream). While it is soaking, let's get into the cream.

Combine cream, cookies, nuts, raisins, candied fruits. Mix well.

Wrap in foil, place in a plastic bag and put in the freezer. If you will taste the cake on the same day, wait 1 hour until it sets and hardens completely.
