Pancake Pie with Liver

Ingredients

Eggs 1 pc

Milk 2.5% fat. 300 pcs

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Dried garlic 1/4 tsp

Wheat flour of the highest grade 120 g

Baking powder 1/4 tsp.

Chicken liver (for filling) 300 g

Onion (for filling) 1 pc

Carrots (for filling) 1 pc

Vegetable oil (for filling) 2 tbsp. l.

Butter (for form) 20 g

Sour cream 15% fat. (for the form) 2 tbsp. l.

Ketchup (for pouring) 2 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Preparation

Beat the egg.

Add milk and vegetable oil.

Beat well and add dry garlic.

Add flour, salt and baking powder. Stir the dough well and let stand for 20 minutes.

Bake pancakes in a frying pan on both sides.

Place in a stack and cover the pancakes with a lid or plate.

In a pan with vegetable oil, fry the chicken liver, cut into small pieces.

Add finely chopped onion and grated carrots. Cook for 10-12 minutes, season with salt and pepper.

Put the prepared mass in a blender.

Beat well until smooth.

Put some of the filling on the pancake and wrap it in a roll. Do this with the rest of the pancakes. Leave 2-3 pancakes for the mold.

Grease the form with butter and put 2 pancakes on the bottom, fold the tubes on top in one layer.

To grease, mix the ketchup and sour cream in a bowl.

Lubricate the bottom layer of the tubes.

Lay the second layer of tubules and brush with fill. Cover with a simple pancake, coat with the rest of the filling and put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 30 minutes.

Cool the finished pie and cut into portions. Serve to the table.
