Pancakes stuffed with minced meat and rice

Pancakes stuffed with minced meat and rice are delicious and will decorate any table.

Cooking time 50 minutes

Break 2 eggs into a bowl.

Add 500 ml of milk and mix well with a whisk.

Add 200 grams of flour and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

Add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Mix the dough thoroughly until smooth.

Bake thin pancakes on both sides in a frying pan until golden brown.

Fold the pancakes in a pile.

Rinse 150 grams of rice, put in a saucepan and pour 400 milliliters of water. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes.

Put the finished rice on a sieve and rinse. Let the water drain.

Prepare 300 grams of minced meat.

Heat 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan.

Add the minced meat to the pan and fry for 3-5 minutes.

Peel the onion and chop finely.

Add onion to the pan with minced meat, cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add boiled rice.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

Mix the filling well.

Put a couple of tablespoons of the filling on the pancake.

Fold the edges of the pancake.

Roll up the pancake with an envelope.

Stuff all the pancakes with the filling.

Heat 30 grams of butter in a frying pan.

Fry the stuffed pancakes on both sides for 2 minutes.

Pancakes stuffed with minced meat and rice are ready. Put on a platter and serve.
