Chocolate cake

Unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" 120 ml

Cocoa powder 70 g

Eggs 4 pcs

Sugar 120 g

Powdered sugar 1 tbsp. l.

Butter (for greasing the mold) 20 g

Baking powder 1/2 tsp

Salt 1/4 tsp


Add 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder.

Stir the flour mixture well.

In a separate bowl, beat 4 eggs and 120 g sugar with a mixer.

Add 180 ml of milk and mix well.

Mix the liquid base and flour mixture.

Mix well on a low mixer speed.

Grease a mold with butter and pour out the dough.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 40 minutes. Willingness to check with a wooden skewer.

Judge the finished cupcake, remove from the mold and put on a dish.

The chocolate cupcake is ready. Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
