Butter 100 g
Sugar 100 g
Dry yeast 10 g
Egg 1 pc
Add warm milk and melted butter.
Knead the sticky dough and leave to rise for 30 minutes.

Divide the dough into parts. Roll each part into a cake.
Sprinkle sugar over the dough.
Roll the cake into a tube and cut in half.
Twist the ends together.
Collapse with a snail.
Put on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
Grease the buns with beaten egg and milk. Let the buns rise for 15-20 minutes.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 15 minutes.
Cool the buns and put on a dish.
