Strawberry jam cupcake

Berry Muffin Strawberry Jam is a quick and easy way to indulge in delicious baked goods. A delicious and aromatic dessert for tea will cheer you up and your loved ones.

Eggs 3 pcs

Sour cream 15% fat. 50 g

Sugar (sand) 120 g

Flour 200 g

Potato starch 30 g

Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. l.

Strawberry jam 5-6 tbsp l.

Salt 1 pinch.


Beat eggs in a bowl with sour cream.

Add sugar and beat for 2-3 minutes. Add flour in portions. Add baking powder, starch and salt. Add vegetable oil and stir.

Pour the dough into a greased mold and add jam in small spoons.

Make streaks with a fork.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C, 40 minutes.

Suck the finished cake with strawberry jam, sprinkle with icing sugar and cut into pieces. Serve with tea.
