Eggs 1 pc
Milk 3.2% fat. 150 ml
Wheat flour of the highest grade 100 g
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste
Banana 2 pcs
White wine 1/2 pc
Dark chocolate without additives 100 g
Make a dough for thin pancakes. To do this, beat an egg with milk, add vegetable oil, salt and sugar to taste, flour until the consistency of liquid sour cream. Let the dough rest for 10-15 minutes.
In a preheated frying pan greased with vegetable oil, bake thin pancakes on both sides.
Pour wine into a frying pan and evaporate by 2/3, add brown sugar.
When it melts, put the bananas in the pan, add a little water and simmer until the water evaporates completely, turning the bananas.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Wrap bananas in pancakes, pouring a little chocolate on one side of the pancake.
Cut the banana pancakes in half. Top with melted chocolate.
