Salad with squid and cucumber

Let's replenish your New Year's piggy bank with one more recipe for a delicious salad with squid and crab sticks. Such a delicate and appetizing salad will appeal even to those who do not really like seafood.

Squid 2 pcs

Eggs 2 pcs

Fresh cucumber 1 pc

Crab sticks 100 g

Canned green peas 100 g

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.


Peel and boil the squid carcasses in salted water for 30 sec. Take out and cool.

Cut the cucumber into strips in a bowl.

Add grated boiled eggs.

Add cut crab sticks into strips.

Cut the squid into strips and place in a bowl of peas.

Season with mayonnaise, salt to taste. Stir and place in a salad bowl.

Sprinkle with finely chopped dill. Serve to the table.
