Pie "Curl" with cheese and herbs

This unusual and original pie with cheese and herbs will become your favorite snack on your table.

Cooking time 25 minutes


Puff yeast dough 200 g

Baltic cheese 100 g

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Egg 1 pc

Poppy 1/2 tsp


Roll out the dough into a layer, no more than 1 cm thick.

Cut out two circles (you can flip a large round dish and cut the outline over the dish). Put one circle of dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Brush the edges of the circle with a beaten egg.

Grate the cheese, chop the herbs.

Put greens and cheese on a circle of dough.

Cover with a second round of dough and brush the edges. Make four cuts before reaching the middle

Divide each segment into two more. Twist each piece 2 times and press down a little.

Repeat with each bite of the pie.

Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with poppy seeds on top.

Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 15 minutes, until the cake is golden brown.

Put on a dish and cool.
