Chicken napkins

Egg 1 pc

Flour 150 g

Milk 3.2% fat. 300 ml

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Chicken fillet for filling 200 g

Carrot for filling 1 pc

Filling onion 1 pc

Vegetable oil for filling 2 tbsp. l.

Butter for filling 1 tbsp l.

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Sift flour.

Beat egg, add milk. Add flour in small portions. Salt. Add oil. Let stand for 20 minutes.

Bake pancakes in a hot frying pan.

Boil the chicken fillet until tender.

Pass through a meat grinder.

Fry finely chopped onion in vegetable oil.

Add grated carrots.

Add chicken.

Mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Fry for 2-3 minutes, add butter and cool.

Put the filling in a thin layer on the pancake and roll up with an envelope.

Fry in a mixture of vegetable and butter on both sides.

Serve hot.
